We have a deep understanding of construction and we have extensive experience with managing projects in Europe and East Africa.

Design coordination and project management is our core business, and we bring everything we have to the table to serve our projects.

How we work

We believe in a good design. With our knowledge of both cutting-edge and traditional construction methods, we will find the right solutions to save costs and make a durable building.

After discussions with the client, a base-document will be prepared with the scope of works, strategies, and goals. This will be the lead for the project.

A dedicated design team will be selected to prepare design, contract and construction documentation. During construction, site specialists will join our team to supervise contractors’ work.

Our communication lines are short. The client will deal with a single person who will coordinate the team.

Marco Tiel Groenestege

Marco Tiel Groenestege is the managing director of MTG Design & Build. His background is in Building Technology and Project Management.

Marco is familiar with International Construction Standards as well as local practice in East Africa. His extensive construction experience comes from managing over 40 projects and working for both clients and contractors.
